Independent and differentiated learning in Freinet’s pedagogy

Freinet educational practice shows ways forward,

  • how learning can be continuously developed at an ever higher level,
  • how the individuality of all pupils can be emphasized and
    taken into account,
  • how learning processes can be made more efficient and sustainable,
  • how pupils can learn in a more independent and differentiated way
    .

In order to promote pupils’ learning development and secure basic skills in all
and to achieve the highest possible individual learning gains at
, we teachers must develop our own skills in the following areas:

  • the individualization of learning processes,
  • the diagnosis and self-diagnosis of pupils with regard to
    their own learning development,
  • the development of support plans and concepts.

A productive learning culture is supported by the fact that

  • all means of perception, learning and expression are used in the classroom,
  • motivate creative and production-oriented processes and open up potential in pupils,
  • pupils can become independent and self-confident in the learning process
  • cooperative and social learning form an independent learning objective.

In this way, the talent reserves of socially disadvantaged
children and young people can also be better developed and they can be offered appropriate development and
learning opportunities.

On these training days, we want to present the Freinet pedagogy for these
developmental tasks, for example

  • Free work
  • Individual weekly plan
  • free expression
  • Project work
  • Practical testing of the class council
and designing implementation options for our respective schools
    .
  • Costs : 600 € in a double room, 615 € in a single room
