The Freie Dorfschule Modautal – a young, lively place of learning where children are allowed to learn in mixed age groups (grades 1-4) in a self-determined and exploratory way – is looking for reinforcements.
In order for the school to continue to grow, we are looking for a primary school teacher (m/f/d) with a degree in teaching (1st/2nd state examination) or comparable qualifications and experience.
What we wish for:
- Enjoy project-oriented, interdisciplinary learning
- Openness to alternative pedagogy and closeness to nature
- Desire for development work in a small, growing school
- Willingness to take on responsibility in pedagogical management
What you can expect:
- An inquisitive learning group (currently 11 children, approx. 8 more each year)
- A motivated team of learning guides
- Plenty of room for your own ideas
- Permanent part-time position (5 mornings/week, 8 am - 1 pm)
