Our LearningFestivals are innovative educational formats that focus on learning as a collaborative, creative and inspiring experience. Unlike traditional training courses or seminars, a LearningFestival offers an open, interactive and practical environment in which educators, learning facilitators and interested parties from the world of education can come together to exchange ideas, try out new methods and learn from each other.

The first LernFestival will take place in September 2025 at the Facettenreich comprehensive school in Issum (NRW).
The symposia and other events have brought me to Freinet. These events are very enriching – for everyday work and for personal motivation.

Our format

And this is how we organize our LearningFestival:
- The festival lasts from Friday to Sunday.
- Choose between overnight stays in a tent, in group rooms & possibly guesthouses.
- You will receive a confirmation of participation for recognition as further training.
- We ensure sustainability: You will receive a flyer with current offers, work shadowing opportunities and contact persons within the cooperative, which you can use for your educational practice.
